Sic Semper Tyrannis is a guild on the Atlantic Shard. It is made up of a group of friends who over time, have learned to trust and depend on each other in many different capacities. It is our hope that in creating this guild, we will attract individuals who have an affinity for our vision.
The guild is built on a foundation of friendship, camaraderie and trust. The leadership consists of three different tiers and are as follows:
Initiate
Every path has a beginning, and with SST, the first step to guild membership is to be accepted as an initiate. Our hope is to learn the true character of our Initiates, to adventure with them, learn from them and truly know each candidate before accepting them as a full fledged member. At this juncture there is no time frame for the duration of Initiate status, but Initiates who demonstrate the desired qualities can expect a decision to take no less than a week, and no more than a month.
Members
Members are the heart and soul of the guild and consist of Initiates, Craftsmen, Warriors, etc. Each member has a part to play and in turn, are supported to their fullest potential by all members of the guild.
Guild Leadership
The guild leadership is structured to serve the guild in many different capacities. Positions are filled by worthy and responsible individuals, all committed to seeing Sic Semper Tyrannis develop and grow.
Guildmaster
This position is the very top of the 2ST management structure. Working with the Vice Guildmaster, the Guildmaster approves policies, inducts Initiates and Full Members onto the stone, coordinates events and forges alliances and relationships with other organizations in the realm.
Vice Guildmaster
The Vice Guildmaster works with the Guildmaster to implement policies and procedures, coordinates with the other leadership positions, approves Initiates and Full Members while supporting the creation of events for all members.
Other Leadership Positions
The guild leadership structure has room for many different people filling a variety of roles. Look for more information in the near future regarding specific roles and their respective duties.
